Geicy Rafael Peres grew up on the job sites of his father, builder Jacyr Peres, in Catanduva, in the interior of São Paulo state. As a child he already walked the sites beside him in a white hard hat.
Before running projects, he worked side by side with the masons. He learned the trade hands-on and turned years on site into technical command of every stage of construction.
